Hey!
You're right about the people around. I also had problem when I'm at my mother's house. But since I'm moved to my fiance's, It came out easy to control my meals. I cook for two and despite my fiance is also picky I can follow calorie controlling diet. I get 900-1200 calories in a day and eat everything. But I cook with a little oil and mostly use steam to cook. We eat the main meal together but i make some little changes. I eat less of the mutual meal and take out the carbs. and also eat veggies i cooked for myself seperately, trying to make it delicious with spices. Anyway it's hard to go on a diet when nobody supports you. I found my solution like that=) Good luck on the games and hope you reach your goal quick! ;)
