1st week down! :) I ran yesterday night to catch the train and I died lol 4 city blocks and with the heat and my work clothes I was dead.

That's cool ! Yesterday I couldn't work out after work. I had empanadas and a bit of wine instead... sob sob. But I will do 6 burpees today after my pole dance lesson to make up for it :)
