Me too .... my diet has been off because my schedule has been. I know Friday is going to be a bust with the 4th of July .... But that can only be my off day for the next few weeks. I need to remind myself I am working way too hard in the gym to ruin it with my diet. Glad you're back and do is DeDaun from the last one! :)

Hey Nikki, I thought I recognized that dog nose. LOL... I am about to lose my first bet:( couldnt hold it together through a wedding weekend. Pressing on.... I did by tokens for this so I can officially weigh in for every prizes.

Sorry I missed this post! I have an android and there's no app for us! It's hard to keep up with messages unless I'm at my desk at work. :( Sorry you were so frustrated. Looks like you've lost quite a bit tho since you started. Are u near goal? Id think, and I don't know how much or how hard you're working or, if you increased your caloric intake to 1300 or 1325 across the board ... And don't eat your burn, it should help. You will be eating more and less inclined to get frustrated. I don't eat my burn. I think it was why I had so much success in the beginning ... I then wasn't eating enough. The increase in daily calls for me from 1375 to 1450 has helped. :)
