You're doing great Christina! You left a question for me on one of my check-ins. I some how deleted the whole posting when I tried to reply. Just wanted to let you know I saw it. I got busy and now I forget the question! Sorry! I think you asked what I was doing to lose. I'm tracking food on MyFitnessPal. Using my FitBit and tracking steps - try to step 10,000-15,000 steps a day. I'm in a Team Step Challenge this week - so I'm doing big steps on Mon, Wed (today) and Friday. I do these challenges once a month and typically lose 3-4 pounds during the challenge week. Good luck!
