I figured out if you cut out your carbs for 1 or 2 days it will help you loose a couple of pounds or at least stabilize your weight

you just saved me from the binge monster. thank you. :) I have cut up frozen banana to use for that same reason (shakes, or to drizzle melted dairy free mini chips w/coconut oil on it-it hardens like a magic shell). I had total shut down the past couple of days. thanks again!
