I love using this app, it really keeps me in line! I am still learning what I can and cannot fit into my daily menu. It's so easy to use! Re weight, I'm up 1.4!!! But I'm determined and staying on task so for whatever the gain is about will disappear!

From going out with the girls and larry i fluctuated too but I'm back to where I was so i think it's water weight... I've been drinking a ton and my toe is okay enough for me to start up my cardio at home again. so ill do a full week and then i think next week is the week will start to incorporate the gym.

Dropped another 2.4 today!!! I haven't even found time for fitness/workout yet, but I will! Then I can increase my foods a little. 1200-1400 is really tough!
