You are absolutely correct! Now that you are aware of the cycle, just plan moderation. Instead of 3 drinks, limit to 1 and switch to club soda or water. Instead of 4 pieces of pizza, limit to 1 and a salad. You can do it!

Great post Elizabeth!!! You are sooo right!!! It's a repetitious cycle, but you're making a change. When we're more conscious of what we're doing, we keep ourselves accountable. It's a work in progress. Keep up the good work!!! You're doing your thang!!! :-)
