Thanks! I have found that being in a bet helps to motivate and keep me on track. I eat mainly produce and lean proteins (and this actually saves money on the grocery bill!). Also, making sure I get a workout in most days (even if it is just a long walk to get 10K steps) keeps the body in tune.
