Love your post =) I started my first DB 2+ months ago and have loved all the support and motivation it has given me. Although this past weekend I ate like it was my last weekend on the planet! This site is the best thing i've come across since I first gained all my weight 5 years ago, and Teresa is the best host! She's involved every day and gives you something to think about each day to help keep you on track =)
