You asked how often you should weigh in - Here is my theory...I like to weigh on Tuesdays and Fridays. Friday to keep me motivated over the weekend and Tuesday in case I cheated a little on the weekend and I need Monday to get back on track. LOL Once a week is usually good but it's up to you. :)
