grrrrrr on that board Beth. I did three transformers they were about a month apart and I thought they were good and I did well! I didn't win every month but I did win in the end so that was all good. You know my motto go with intention, eat mindfully and drink the daggone stuff and I think if you do all of that and conscientiously do it every day it works! Glad to hear you're righting your course !

We had a Transformer start yesterday - you can still join. I think these 6 mothers are a little more manageable - I don't know, something about age these pounds don't drop off as easily. No Pizza:) I lost my last DB4 and in Jillian's and not sure I will make that one but working towards it! It is tough being limited in exercise although I have learned to flail my arms adequately to get my heart rate up and finally back into pool running - an activity that people just stare at you when they see you do it but, oh well........................so goes life:) Have a great day Beth and thanks for the cheer.

Hey Beth E. - thinking about you and hoping you are having a great healthy week-end. I so like Shaun T - I finally feel like I have a sense of what a "virtual coach" should behave like. I haven't had that in my other well known coach DB's. Hope you are getting something out of it as well.!

finishing up my other DietBet on Wednesday with still 0.6 pound to go and haven't really gotten "into" the new one with Shaun's coaching yet, but on your excellent recommendation, I will certainly give it a shot. I had about a pound and a half cushion with the last one and don't like running so close, could use some of his virtual coaching here at the wire!! glad you are enjoying it and looking forward to catching up on what I've missed!

haha on me - just looked at things again and I'm not as at the wire as I thought, yay!! I've got a week and a half to lose the 0.6 pound - whew!!! gee, I could have had that pizza that I was craving today after all . . . :)
