I'm super close to running 2 miles in 20 minutes on the treadmill at the gym. I'm really proud of myself. I am also down to 28" waistline!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wouldn't change anything really. wish the scale would go back down by the time I weigh myself again, but I'm sure it will: no period, no stress, no overeating, no bloat, ...

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm so nonchalant about this weight gain and proud of myself. My weight easily fluctuates 10 pounds with pms and water retention. I have no doubts I'll still win the official weigh-in at the end of the month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm still intermittent fasting (eating 12pm-8pm only). My diet has been ok. my exercise ok. I'm feeling unmotivated... unattractive...just not interested in life most days.

not sure; I think I'm doing great for the most part (diet and exercise) but my mind is not where it should be
