I know what you're going through. I was pretty overweight starting at 6 years old. I had to push and push hard to get all the excess weight off in my 20's. The good news for you is that you list Pineapple (mmm), walking, and Zumba. Keep those up. As for the sinful food, I had to resort to substitution: Pepsi became Diet Pepsi, Ice Cream became Frozen Yogurt. Taco Bell's a tough one: perhaps making your own Mexican meals can help.
