Good for you, Gina! I know how easy it is to let one bad day lead to 1 (or 30 or 180 or however many) more. But I've also learned that one good day leads to more, too, so keep going strong! Keep "rationalizing" your good choices, and you can't help but succeed!

Sorry to hear it, Gina! My kids are grown now, but I remember those days when they were little when it seemed like we just passed colds and such around for weeks at a time.

You'll be better soon! In the meantime, be gentle with yourself - extra fluids, extra sleep, all that good stuff you already know about. Do what you can to work out and eat well; if nothing else, limit sodium in your diet so fluid retention is as small a factor as possible.

Amazing progress on losing 60 pounds this year! Woo hoo, girl! And you've been able to eliminate your meds and feeling good - There's no way this illness is going to stop that progress. I have faith in you!! :)
