Non-scale victory of the week!
I made a vow to compensate for any mistakes. So I had scones and jelly with a friend. She made them couldn't resist. My forfeit though was to walk half a mile to her home and back again.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Walk more and maintain the routine I've set for gym every other day. Clearly it's working for me and resist cheats or find a counter action, ie; treat myself is ok but do a little extra exercise. I deserve it...smile.
