  • Welcome everyone, I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, I'll be your host!

    I like to do weekly challenges as part of our game, it helps to keep the game more interactive and motivating. (Optional of course)

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here is the challenge if you want to participate:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, Wednesday - Friday! (October 30th - November 1st).

    Starting on Friday there will be a post here, at the top of the game feed, for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $10 cash prize. Each week the prize amount goes up!

    And one suggestion, but not part of the challenge, please introduce yourself and share your goals! Let us know where you are on your weight loss/fitness journey, and what your short/long term goals are! Just for fun let us know where you are from. I live in Utah.

I’m Meghan! I haven’t done a DietBet in YEARS but I had a baby at 40 and I’m definitely not bouncing back on my own! Also, completing the water challenge made me feel like I was pregnant again IYKYK! I really needed that motivation to drink more, because I wasn’t!

I’m Shawn. Every year there is a busy period at work that lasts 3 months and they feed us all the time to keep us happy lol. I’m working on shedding the extra weight now! Drinking lots of water helps me stay full so this is a good challenge for me.

Hi everyone! After a string of DietBet failures, I swore I wouldn’t sign up for another. But my daughter got engaged this past weekend, and I want to feel confident in the pictures on the day of her wedding. So here I am to try again! I’m hoping that, and the higher bet amount, will help keep me motivated.

Hello everyone,

I made myself a weight loss plan. I am planning to stay accountable by checking in as frequently as possible. I will log my meals, meal prep, and exercise.

I tend to get a lot of Charlie horse when I lose weight. Can I get any tips??
