Hey Corinne, thanks for checking in. Last week was pretty rough with work and personal stuff so been mia from the site for the last few days. Good for you for getting the workouts done! My goal is to get back on track tomorrow. I know realistically i won't reach my goal for the challenge but just need to keep reminding myself that this is more than a one month chalenge, its a life time change :)
Hey Corrine! My day has been long, i tried so hard this morning to do the fit test but had zero energy. I planned to do it after my fitness class today but again just didn't have it in me. Feeling so frustrated, wish there were more hours in a day. How did your workout go? You're so close to meeting your goal!!

Thanks Loretta! I actually just got back from a 40min walk outside, feeling good!! I managed to eat healthy all week (except for a piece of chocolate last night) and do the videos along with some other workouts. Bring on week 2! Hope your week went well! Thanks for checking in
I was feeling a bit better and tried to do day 2 workout but quickly realized that i had not fully recovered and lasted only 10 minutes lol. But my food and water intake has been on track so im not going to be too hard on myself. hopefully today ill have enough energy to get it done! Thanks for checking in!
