Hey Corinne! Just wanted to see how the last two days has been. I am finally feeling better and was able to do Day 4 video this morning :) We're half way through the week, now if only i can stay this good over the weekend!

Yeah i constantly crave carbs! How often are you eating? I've been eating 3hours, 3 meals and 2 snacks and seems to be doing the job. But it also makes sense that you're feeling hungry because your body is adapting to the new diet so give it a couple more days :)

Corinne--I'm wondering what steps you are taking in training for your half marathon? I'm intrigued! I've been running 5Ks but need some good advice on training for longer runs :)

I run outside and haven't been running beacuse it's cold here right now and just getting over having bronchitis for about two months. Going to start training in the spring. I'm going to just start adding 1km every week until I reach my goal .

Was planning on doing my workout this morning. But the link didnt work. Planning on doing the workout after dinner. How is your first day go?

if you go to her website you can find the link there. I haven't done the workout yet, recovering from strep throat so don't have a lot of energy. But I've focused today on drinking 8 cups of water and eating healthy so far so good! I might try later tonight if i'm feeling better :)
