Pfft, I don't think that's the case at all! You're working hard for the results you're getting. I'm proud of you, Mel! And impressed. :)

I'm sliding a bit on my diet and giving myself way too many excuses to slack off. Trying to wrap my head over that it's a lifestyle change, not just a diet, and really trying to practice moderation. My head is out of the game right now but I'm working on it!

Sadly, it's true. If I keep losing 10lbs per dietbet, it will still take 7 more dietbets to move me into the normal weight category. Which may never happen because I do have a surprising amount of muscle under all this.

To begin with, I started with 2 days of pilates, 1 day off, 2 days of pilates, 2 days off. The next week, 5 days of pilates, 2 days off. And that's where I stayed.

Each month there's a new calendar to do- I'm currently on 'Abtober'.

The 30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michael's workout that is 20 minutes of interval training - 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes cardio, and one minute of abs. Rinse and repeat for a total of 20 minutes. It's available on Amazon Prime, otherwise it's only $1.99 per 'level'- I'm on level one currently, but will move up to level 2 next Wednesday.

I had planned on doing both 30DS and Blogilates but I haven't been strong enough to do both of them in the same session. So for now, I'm going to do 2 days of the shred, 1 day of pilates, 2 days more of the shred, 2 days off, and see what that does.

Thank you, Yana! I barely made my goal for the other two games but I did! Won $80! It was by the skin of my teeth though- it's time to bump up my cardio. :(

I'm a bit sad that I'm going to lose the other bets I'm in right now- but I'm still on track with this one so that gives me some hope!

I'm doing the 10% in 6 months challenge starting in November, so while I lost the battle, I have not lost the war!
