I wonder if you could make a nice smoothie and throw in some of your fave nuts (after measuring them out, of course)...that'd give you your flavor and add volume LOL Your snacks sound so healthy for a student :)

I think not wanting to lose money over not losing weight is a GREAT way to motivate me to actually stick to a diet. I didn't pay much attention to calories before, but since starting to Dietbet I've definitely had to figure out whether I'd be in a calorie deficit by the end of the day. I've been more into experimenting with food to try out making healthier versions of food I love (like pizza and brownies that I've posted about haha) with less the calories. It's definitely been a process, but a fun journey so far. I get really excited to post on this Blogilates Dietbet because of the sheer NUMBER of us around the world that are striving for a common goal...for ourselves and for each other. It's definitely encouraging :) I'm not sure what happens after the game though considering we don't have each other's e-mails and this is hardly private message :P

I made something similar and thought it wasn't too bad. I made some brownies with sweet potato in them that I liked way better!

Great job on the 10 pounds! It's always great when the doctor's office scale says you have lost weight (I feel like that scale always adds 5 pounds!)
