I'm completely bribing myself. If I eat good all week I get a day of eating junk food and whatever I want (making me realize that it makes me feel crappy so then I eat better and repeat the cycle)

I was so tired from the gym I couldn't do anything (400 cal, hour and 15 minutes yesterday!) Definitely making today a rest day.

I'm all caught up but it means I lose today as a squat rest day. I sat down and almost wept my legs hurt so bad when I finished.

I ate pasta earlier and I'm eating ice cream soon to get rid of it, probably weighing in on Sunday. however, I bought some little ice cream cones to eat so I don't go crazy! Try switching to whole wheat pasta instead, that's what I'm doing. Cassey has a healthy pizza recipe you can try though :)

Yeaaaay! For me it can easily become an unhealthy obsession/habit, so yeah! I mean just eat clean, eat when you're hungry thats it! LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! haha I'm glad I'm not the only one with this opinion! xoxo

Yeah like if you focus on calories you tend to eat 100 calorie packs and stuff where its only low cal because it has artificial stuff. Going grocery shopping tonight for some healthy stuff!

yes.. and you end up so hungry because you didn't eat enough of the GOOD food. seriously calories can work for some but I'd rather just eat food not numbers!!

No because I try not to count calories and just eat clean :) I used to have one but I would eat a lot of artificial food and I was less likely to eat healthy. So excited to start on monday though!
