You can make the world a whole new place for yourself. 18 months ago I had heart disease ( enlarged heart) and weighted in at 309lb and felt weak all the time. I am 5'8" . I'm down 61 lbs scale weight and have packed on about at least 20 lbs of muscle, cured my heart disease, normalized my bloodpressure, eased my joint pain. I hiked 8 miles in a canyon with 25lb pack a week ago. Habits are the key, hit the gym or workout everyday for a few months and eat well in 30 days you will have conditioned yourself to the new habits. Then keep reinforcing it for a few more months and you will own it. It mostly takes being strong for 30 days until the habit forms and fortifies your resolve. Be a superhero for 30 days and you will thrive. P.S. my wife is posting as Boudicea she is down 94 lbs and outlasted me in our first boot camp on Friday. She finished I got 1/2 through and my legs are hammered.
