My job is really stressful too and lately I've been turning to food to help. Trying to stop and bring healthy snacks. Stay strong and try some deep breathing or a quick walk at lunch. I find that helps a bit. Best of luck to you!

food-wise? it's going great. my job has really ticked me off though. About to go take out my aggression in my workout :)

That's good your taking your aggravation out during workouts! I need to start doing that usually I fix it with food..ugh. I hope your job gets better :)
