  • I'm 18 lbs down from my HW have 86 lbs left to lose to get to my goal and hopefully stop being on diabetes watch. I'm 14 months pp with my youngest and ran into a whole host of problems. Currently on day 27 in my 3rd attempt at 75 Hard, so thought I should capitalize on something I'm already doing!

75 Hard is a mental and physical discipline challenge where you have to abide by 6 specific rules for 75 days to complete the challenge. Specifically have to do 2x 45 min workouts, follow a diet of your choosing, no alcohol or cheat days, drink 1g of water per day, and read 10 pages of motivational non-fiction daily.
