- Dinner tonight was steamed mixed veggies, cottage cheese, & blackened salmon/shrimp. We use the blackened seasoning from Kroger & it's been such a game changer for flavor. When i first started my journey I used to think I didn't like alot of different foods such a certain fish/brussel sprouts, etc but I learned to keep experimenting & that i just had to figure out how I liked them cooked. Don't be afraid to try new things! What did you have?
