I really really want to eat a bunch of pastries and I’ve gotte very close to doing it but I haven’t strayed from my eating plan once!

my cravings are going down it I made it through the weekend without any cravings and caving on them huge for me

I was asked to go out to a taco restaurant for lunch during work and I chose to only have a steak with no sides and water which follows my eating plan!

I could have walked or excersied a bit more but really focusing on diet before implementing the gym
