I will miss my target but honestly I already lost 13kg and 4kg in 4 weeks with trying to keep your muscle in a sustainable way… I don’t know but I am still happy I am going to have lost around 3kg in total, of which most is pure fat only around 100-200 grams of muscle

Weight machines are my least favorite I'd much rather use dumbells, kettlebells, or barbells for workouts.

Feeling like I dodged a bullet: My husband's birthday party is two days before our final weigh-in for this game, and I was anticipating having to make some tough choices about what to eat and drink at it. But he just told me what he wants for his cake, and it's something I'm not even remotely tempted by (I don't want to say it because I don't want to yuck someone else's yum), and I'm not that excited by the rest of the meal he chose, either! Yes! For once having dissimilar food favorites comes in handy.

  • INITIAL WEIGH IN IS DUE TONIGHT!!!

    We went on a hike today. Just about 3 miles and tons of fun. We call our outdoor days adventure days; keeps the littles excited. The kids love it, dogs love it, everyone loves it.

    Anywho, how was your Sunday? Ready for week 3?

Most scales 'fix' your weight for a few moments once the numbers stabilise. Prepare the camera on your phone, set it on a surface beside you and grab as soon as the numbers stop moving. Sometimes takes more than one try, but ...

Remember one day at a time one step at a time! Don’t be to hard on yourself set a goal each week make it something small if you are struggling! It has helped me a lot I’ve been stuck at this one weight and having to push extra hard this time. We got this keep pushing

Need a recommendation: I’m keeping track of my food intake, and I’d like to also track the breakdown of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. I’m too cheap to upgrade MyFitnessPal to ‘Premium’ to do so . Any suggestions for an App or web site to accomplish this?

I third Cronometer - free version. The only thing I dislike is it tells you Net Carbs and I'd rather see the total carbs.

Stuffed bell peppers!! It’s a big favorite of mine I do shrimp cheese and beef, also salmon patties always remember the biggest change is portions! You can eat as you please just not as much as you please your body will start to not want as much
