- I’ve been having a heck of a time keeping my nutrition and exercise routine in check these past two months due to constant illness. Just getting over Covid this bout of illness. Last weigh in I was a pound or two shy of my goal and I know I’d be able to crush it if my body was just well. Ugh any tips/tricks or words of encouragement are greatly appreciated!!
