Thanks for the fasting w/ only tea Rafe. I feel great and not bloated at all. I even have energy to do my daily 5 mile walk. Looking forward to my final weigh-in.
im not currently using any protein powder because im doing the whole vegan thing...im conflicted about whether or not i should alter my diet and substitute my complex carbs for lean proteins and protein powders....it would be an easy switch, but again there are a lot of benefits to clean vegan eating. the fatburner i use it hydroxycut hardcore elite....its a caffenine, yorbimine, green coffee bean stack....its fairly strong but i like the side effects. in college 10 years ago i used a caffeine, yorbimine, and norephedrine stack that was by far the best fat burner ever created, unfortunately the government banned ephedrine shortly after. it may or may not work for you but if you need a little kick for the gym it will do the trick.
Hey Rafe, I noticed you did some fasting- how long did you fast for? Did you drink anything besides water? How did you keep your energy levels up? Did you see big results after your fast on the scale? Thanks and keep up the great work!!!
im doing what is called the 5:2 fast....you eat clean, healthy, and at a calorie deficit for 5 days, then you have a cheat day where you can eat anything you want, then you fast for 24-36 hours. all i had during the fast day was water and green tea with stevia extract. i did take my fat burner because the internet said that was ok, but no other supplements. it wasnt a huge drop on the scale from one day, but i didnt expect it to be, its a reset for your hormones. hopefully i see a good drop this week or before the end of the bet. its designed to rest your hormone levels for optimal fat burning.
