Hi. I was thinking this morning that I'm doing great BUT it's only Thursday of the first week ... and how will it be a couple months down the line? I've been packing lunches and excited about continuing to shop healthy. I'm taking it 3 days at a time, if I can plan and just focus on what I plan to do to get through each 3 day set hopefully I will be ok. I get off the rails with things like co workers asking me out to lunch or buying too many veggies and they end up going bad because I've planned too far ahead and then I'm stuck without food.
