Thanks. I took a couple weeks off to let my body settle & decided to jump back in mid game. I figured it would take some real work and dedication to win & I can't bear to lose all that money from 5 games. I also joined another local fitness challenge that ends sept 6, so I NEED the push. I won a local biggest loser challenge that ended last month winning $390. Not bad for the smallest person in the challenge. 12% loss in 3 months thanks to dietbet.

Francesca, I love to use recipes from Joe Cross's website. He is my juicing guru for sure. Have you seen the documentary Fat Sick and Nearly Dead? The full length film is free on Youtube now. I highly recommend it.

I do not know how people do it. I have been eating clean foods for months now with occasional protein shakes & homemade fruit/veggie smoothies. I love the film. I have tried recipes & am not thrilled with any I've tried. I can slowly drink down a small glass, but I'm thinking overall, it's not for me. I was trying the 10 juicing & I am not going to make it. I eat tons of fruit & veggies-raw or cooked, but am turned off by the taste of them juiced.

Wasn't sure if you would see this on my comment, so here ya go: I don't really eat a lot processed foods, I eat lots of fruit and veggies, and I do EAT :) generally 1600-2200 cals a day depending on my activity level. And I drink between 9-15 8oz glasses of water every day. My biggest suggestion to anyone losing weight is to try and keep foods that come in boxes to a minimum.

I totally agree, Sara. That is how I started eating in March and feel so much healthier and clearer in my thinking for sure. It was like a cloud lifted.
