When I begin my journey to lose weight I weighed 183, I am currently in the range of 163-165. My short term goal is 157 and longterm goal is 152-150 range. I plan to prep meals, drink lots of water and workout 6 days week.

What works for me is the idea of waking up and it's the first thing I do. Whether I wake up at 5 or 8 on weekends I make sure it gets done. Ina. Single mom grad student and work full time. It's possible. Get Optimistic!

Congrats chica! I need a miracle to happen today. I'm giving it all I got. I got up this morning and worked out with my husband. He's military so he really put me through it. And I'm heading to the gym after work for a 2 hour work out. Will have to get up in AM again tomorrow.

Woke up today and the scale wasn't so nice. Will have to .8 to get back to 100%. I will switch up my workout and up my water and see what happens tomorrow. If i'm not there yet (which i'm hoping I am) I will do another intense workout.
