Hey sis. We started at the same weight, 161 and we are at the same right now 158. Let's push through to win this thing. 4 more pounds to go. We can do this. I'm going to up my water intake, and fish is going to be my meal most days. I'm giving 100% every time I exercise. No more cheat days. We can do this. Stay focus, our life depends on it. ; )
