Also notice that you have Pasta as Sinful. NOT so. It's actually low on the gylcemic index, Like a 42 and whole wheat bread is in the mid 50's. Whole wheat pasta is at a 37. (Yeah, its a surprise to me too)
I think the problem with pasta is the potentially fatty sauce / portion control. It's still very calorie dense, but you can balance that out 2/3 veggie, 1/3 pasta.
