I know this lucha! I know it so well! It is le suck. Try to stay the course for now - I wouldn't try to cut back further unless you remain stagnant for more than 3 weeks or so. It's always worthwhile to take the opportunity to check in with yourself take another look at the details what you're putting in your body and what your body is doing, see if there's anything that needs tweaking - need more sleep? Less diet coke? More yoga/meditation? More time to hang out with Anneli? (I think it's mostly that last thing that you need to do :) ) But also just take this opportunity to be kind to yourself. Your goals are important, but you are working hard and that in and of itself is an accomplishment. The scale is a fickle bitch and not ultimately yours to control. Congratulate yourself on what you're accomplishing, whether or not the scale is giving you the props you deserve. And keep on keeping on! We can do this together!

A couple of ideas. Have you taken your measurements? You may be losing inches and gaining muscle. If you can, might be worth getting a body analysis done periodically? My gym had a machine that you stood on and it would tell you everything. Like how much fat/muscle percentage in your left arm, haha! BMI, all those little details so i knew if I was on the right track. Are you drinking enough water? Is your diet high in salt? Review your food and make sure you aren't making any silly mistakes? This may just be one of those pesky "plateaus" which can take weeks to get over, but just keep trying! Eventually the weight will wanna come off. If you dont see results after a few weeks/months then you can look into it. For now just be happy with the discipline you are teaching yourself!Hang in there!
