Go Hannah! I completing my first sprint Tri on July 23. Any good training and you can recommend? I settled on Hal Hodgdon but I'd love any tips!

Hi Laura! I like that training plan, but I like have a distance goal (I.e. 15 mile bike ride etc) and with a crazy work schedule I have to adjust training plans to work for me. If I can get 2 swims, 2+ runs, and 2 bike rides in a week ten I'm happy.
