Hi there. I actually got injured on my yoga retreat, which was very frustrating. I finally am better and went to a class this morning and did well. I have a busy week and then head for Vegas on the 7th, which is right before we weigh in. I should have checked the weigh-in dates before I signed up for this :-) Oh well. Like you said, I'm just going to regroup and do what I can do. At least we'll be walking a lot in Vegas! Thanks for checking in on me!

Hang in there, Kim! I've been there. Crap -- I'm STILL there. :P But I'm working on it, and I'm content to take even a 0.1 pound loss or a 0.2 pound loss, week-by-week, if I have to. As long as it's DOWN. I'm in it for the long haul. You might try this -- pick a few PARTICULAR things that you don't think are good for your effort, and just cut those few things down (or cut them out). Start with just that daily Starbucks, maybe. Or that extra evening snack. And add just a 15-minute walk, and take the stairs, and park far away from the door. Don't take on the whole world at once ... choose your battles. BUT KEEP UP THE EFFORT! It is SO worth it ... !

Thanks, Lindsay! My issues took a little longer to resolve, but I now have the next 6 weeks off before I start my new job and I am really excited!!! Off to the gym first thing in the morning. I have really looked forward to this time period and doing the best for myself! I will look for your comments tomorrow!
