What's TRX?

sorry for the late response! TRX is suspension training. theres 2 straps hanging from a bar or the ceiling or wherever and you can adjust the straps but you are using your own body weight to do exercises. its pretty awesome.

It's funny cuz I have taken the attitude that the scale is the enemy & we should truly measure it by how we feel, how our clothes fit, etc. But that can be a problem when this is a competition. Just know you are doing things right -- keep exercising & eating healthy -- and you will see it! Maybe wait a week to weigh in?

I love 30 day shred!! It's my third time through, this time a bit different. The past 2 times I did 30 days straight, this time I an doing every other day (60. Day) with alternative exercise on the off day. I love how quickly it changes my body & how great I feel!! You have to push through the pain of the first week, Good Luck!!!
