I ate better the last few days due to being sick and not being able to hold anything down

I wish I worked out at least once but I also gave myself a break being sick.

I didn’t gain like A TON of weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

He’ll yeah... the holidays hit hard this year and I’m struggling to get back into my Keto diet plan. Trying to reset this week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am THIS close to being back in the 140’s range.... I haven’t been there in 2.5 years so I’m really proud and excited... BUT this is the 2nd month a in row I didn’t meet my monthly goal :(. Thanksgiving really did a number on me, and I was only about a pound away!!!!!!! Ugh.... but I’m confident I’ll hit my overall transformer goal... 6ish months until my wedding!!!!

I went running on my lunch break once this week!

I could have run more... I could have been more strict too because I lost then gained :/

I am still following Keto and not indulging on any carbs.. no cheat days!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t try with exercise :(. And although I stayed away from obvious carbs I stopped keeping track with logging.... need to get back to that!
