I know I am probably stating the obvious to you but drink lots and lots of water, same thing happened to me and I started really drinking a lot and it worked!! Like 3/4 lb each morning off. Of course also eating clean and exercising. Plus I am a married women with 3 kids, been through the wedding and moving thing - just take a deep breath and relax it will all fall into place.

I don't know if anyone answered you about myfitnesspal, but that's right. You're supposed to haves net calorie intake of 1200, so if you burn some, you have to replace them. If you have a net of less than 1200 your body could go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight because it'll basically be hoarding fat and nutrients because it thinks you're starving. 1200 calories total is the lowest doctors recommend going without endangering your health. So if you eat 1200 and burn 600, your net would only be 600 and that's potentially dangerous and detrimental to your weight loss. Most experts actually recommend that you have a net between 1400 and 1700.

Hi! Green smoothies are so good! I always add ice- number one tip. A frozen banana instead of a regular one also makes for a better texture in my opinion. Instead of peanut butter, try a little honey. Also, you can use half coconut water half milk of your choice to reduce calories. Kale, spinach, bok Choy alllll work really well!

Hi! Thanks for your comment! I have been just using fruit and greens, sometimes I add almond milk, and coconut water. I also add protein powder and flaxseed. And yes I always add ice!
