Non-scale victory of the week!
With the start of the holy season before Easter, I have made the commitment to not eat any unhealthy snacks until Easter. the first day was tough and showed me that I have been snacking constantly. I retired at the end of last June and have not been active since. I am on meds and want to get off of them and get healthy to live the life I have always dreamed I could have. I’m already down from 321, so I’m on a good path. DietBet with take me farther on this journey than I can achieve alone.

just bought a used recumbent bike. I will ride it for a few minutes each day.
