What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Having shattered my ankle 1 week after Diet bet challenge started. Being confined to a wheelchair, bed, and crutches has definitely made it more challenging with being able to do my hiking routine, so I am losing strictly based on food reduction.
