I totally agree! I went on a overnight trip this weekend and I told myself I wouldn't be as careful as I have been this past month... and I couldn't really do it. Not to say I deprived myself of everything I wanted, but I couldn't "totally let go" and have a "cheat day" -- and I discovered I didn't even want to. Ended up losing a pound, haha! For the first time in my life I understand what people mean why they talk about it being a "lifestyle change". Congrats on your progress so far! :)
