What are your goals for the upcoming week?
To increase my fiber intake and to maintain my weight until my next bet starts. I got a new scale which is +2 lbs more accurate so I’m kinda disappointed it will look like I start my next bet with a gain. But I know I’ve been doing lots of hard work and I look and feel better.
