Non-scale victory of the week!

I bought a Big Mac meal as a splurge and I was to eat more than about five fries! I feel like that’s a testament to my habits and body changing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well yesterday was easter so I let myself have a cheat day....but that cheat day turned into a cheat weekend leading up. Thursday through Sunday I splurged! Back on track today with the first day of my two new diet bets.

To increase my fiber intake and to maintain my weight until my next bet starts. I got a new scale which is +2 lbs more accurate so I’m kinda disappointed it will look like I start my next bet with a gain. But I know I’ve been doing lots of hard work and I look and feel better.

I wore shorts I hadn’t worn in ages! They were a size 12! Yay!

I decided to try and maintain and I actually went a little over board and gained about a pound from last weekend. Yikes! Gotta re-evaluate those calorie counts for maintenance

My NSV this week is starting my third diet bet this year! My motivation to get on track feels good!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to be doing more of the exercise I’m able to do. Free weights and upper body that doesn’t put strain on my hips.
