Doing great with my fitbit and exercise but having lots of trouble with my food portions. Eating to much of all the right things. any ideas?

I lost 9 lbs. My internet service went on the blink and I dropped the ball. Gained it right back. Jan. 23 is now my second start. I NEED to do this! Refuse to get married FAT.
