I have been meeting met a Feb. weight loss goal. January gave me 10# weight loss. I did good eating 5 servings of vegetables and fruits daily until the hummus (protein) allergeric reaction. Fasting helps self-control and give my body a rest. No store bought ice cream, only snow ice cream. I limited single serving junk food. February showed 6# weight loss. Less vegetables, more brownies. Still lots of popcorn. Any good snow gave me snow ice cream. Olympics. Naps at night. Not good night sleeping. Less resolve. More temptation. Met 187# and stable for more than 7 days. March. I need to make a DietBet. Done. Weighed in. Less calories. Less junk. More healthy. Get ready for Cardio! Rediculous. Need accountability. 2# here you go! Ice cream @ school with Caleb (multiplication tables recited), 1st time in 2.5 months was unimpressive + M&Ms, chocolate syrup & Oreos. Yuck! March goal: 178#-180#!

1. Add cardio and weight stack! I already need to do the same stretches 2x a day and light weights out of physical necessity to function. I do quite a bit of walking. 2. Quit eating soy protein bars is dangerous to my throat. Popcorn (another allergy) is my go-to snack in the later evening. 3. Return to carb cycling days that helps me to feel rejuvenated!
