Thanks. I surely will need a pep talk, I'm sure. Only down 2.2 lbs. Every time I have three good days then I gain it all back the fourth day. sigh.

Ms. Mel remember daily weigh in will show all sorts of fluctuation and cannot be taken seriously. If one week after your initial weigh in you show a gain then I would be concerned otherwise no sweat. Good Luck

You only turn in your beginning and ending weights. But you can post your weight as much as you want for encouragement. (They only post your changes up or down, not your actual weight!)
