Non-scale victory of the week!

Saying no to cupcakes and donuts was easy (not that it wouldn’t be) but I just didn’t even want a small taste

Sleep always sleep. Goal is over 7 hours but usually 5.5 or less

Been lifting weights, and even though I feel like I’m not losing weight but had an upswing, I feel incredible and have great energy

Even with difficult times at work, I’m still trying to keep my head in the game and keep a positive outlook instead of letting that drama bring me down.

My best victory this last week was yesterday working on a plan to finish this better than I started

Everything- with the sick pet and still be woken up every few hours- along with my period (which are horrible)

There wasn’t any

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. With a very sick pup and being on my own I’ve managed about 3 hours of sleep a day in the last week. Every part of me is running on empty and feeling defeated. Plus my monthly visit is coming and o feel extremely bloated. Just miserable.

To do anything better but the only things I can really control right now are my eating and exercise. Need to get that exercise in even if it’s walking. Hydrate hydrate hydrate (water not coffee)

Sleep. I average under 4.5 hours at least 5 days a week and I really need to get that improved upon

Track sleep and trying to work my schedules to blend well for a productive sleep pattern

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything could have gone better. No exercise at all and are out with visitors too many times and had too many alcoholic cocktails. Focus was by far in the wrong place.

Get my fridge stock with prep meals to help with keeping my eating on track. Stretch, foam roll, and walk. This week just get back into those three functions that make a huge difference
