Non-scale victory of the week!
Noticing how big my work (dress) pants were getting on me. I have been wearing a belt with them for a long time and are still wearable so I continue to wear them.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My knee has been injured and while my diet was good it wasn't the best. I started seeing the scale go up as a result of not being able to exercise. So the last several days I started really being stricter with diet and the weight has come back off.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Continue to be as strict as possible with diet, move as much as possible, drink more water, and when I am able to, start hitting the gym again.
