Yes....super bowl foods could’ve ate less....need to stay away from the “red” this week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Wanted to get first place in my Fitbit challenge but settled for third. Emotions got the best of me this week along with lack of sleep...going to bed early so I can get up this week to win it

Non-scale victory of the week!

Fight past the pain and depression and hatefulness last few weeks to start off the year for sure. Father in law passed away and my husbands not taking things well. I tried to help but he asks like I’m the enemy or punching bag for his emotions. Then some hacked into my email and bought $200 worth of groceries on my card. Had to cancel the Walmart account and het new bank card. Then I stopped them from using my Visa card at Best Buy but now I have to change every single password of every single account I have and it’s taking forever trying to remember then all and not save them for this to happen again. I’m about to pull my hair out but I’m very proud of myself for not going too far off the wagon. Strange how some stresser make you gain weight and others help you lose. It hasn’t been easy but I’m working through it....but that’s life I guess

With moms cancer I feel like I’m handling things better than I would have in the past.

To push myself to finish the last week to the fullest. Try to stay positive about moms sickness and with going to the appontnnents. Stay on track so emotions won’t get the best of me. Mom needs me healthy so I can take care of her in the fighting plan that we will both succeed. #allforyoumom
